Coca Cola - - Responsibilities: Provides a high level of customer service to the assigned driver board and establishes a good working relationship with each regional general manager, facility manager, planner, driver manager, and drivers; Communicates with customer service personnel on all levels while developing positive and solid relationships to enhance growth; Ensures optimal driver, unit utilization, and performance through effective load adjustment by monitoring active drivers and equipment via total mail (People Net) on the assigned driver board; Ensures drivers are contacted and report to work promptly and have accurate information to start and complete their day; Ensures all loads are closed out in TMW, whether completed through auto-dispatch or manual and that drivers understand and utilize People Net Sat COMM
