Tech62, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated SIERRA M&S SME to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and finite element analysis (FEA) and a minimum of 10 years' experience using the SIERRA family of codes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical leadership running advanced simulations applying SIERRA with the intuition to understand when a simulation is credible, when it is not, and how to make that distinction clear. • Develop and defend analysis results to inform high-consequence down-selection decisions or courses of action (COAs). • Support and when required lead national security, aerospace, defense, nuclear, energy, or other engineering-related projects.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Master's degree or higher in Engineering discipline or related field.
• Subject Matter Expertise applying SIERRA to solve CFD, FEA, and Multiphysics problems.
• Significant prior experience serving as trusted advisor to program teams, analysts, code developers, and engineering leadership.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
