Deputies have opportunities to serve in a variety of specialized assignments, including:Courthouse SecurityFederal and Tribal Task ForcesInmate TransportationCommunity Outreach ProgramsCriminal InvestigationsK-9 PatrolSpecial Operations and Other Specialized UnitsDeputy Sheriffs perform duties as mandated by federal, state, county, and agency regulations. This position requires the ability to carry out a wide range of law enforcement responsibilities.
