Position: Entry Level Technician ILocation: Baltimore, MDCompany : HoodGuyzOverview:As a full‑time Entry Level Technician at our Baltimore location, you'll play a vital rolein our daily operations. No prior experience is required — we will train & certify the right person who demonstrates patience, reliability, and a strong willingness to learn.Please do not apply if you plan to maintain a separate day job. This position often requires overtime and sustained mental focus, which cannot be maintained when working a full day shift in addition to a night shift.Your employment begins with a 30–90 day probationary period , during which you will learn essential tools, skills, and procedures. After successfully completing this period, you become eligible for certifications, a promotion to Technician, and a pay increase .This role also provides a clear pathway to Supervisor and Operations positions , where you will have the opportunity to lead and manage a team.
