Position Title: Senior FMV Imagery Analyst

Clearance Requirement: TS/SCI Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Motion Video (FMV) Imagery Analyst to provide direct analytical support to U.S. Special Operations missions. The role involves high-tempo, mission-critical analysis in support of tactical and strategic decision-making. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a strong background in FMV, geospatial intelligence (GEOINT), and imagery analysis, who thrive in collaborative and operationally focused environments. You will be part of a specialized intelligence team embedded in the planning and execution cycle of real-world missions. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive phase 1–3 PED (Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination) for FMV operations. Produce and present detailed imagery-based intelligence assessments in support of time-sensitive operations. Engage directly with mission planners, providing insight-driven analysis for target development and situational awareness. Apply the F3EA (Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, Analyze) methodology to support special operations targeting efforts. Utilize advanced geospatial tools and methodologies to enhance analytic output. Collaborate with interagency and joint forces in operational planning and execution. Participate in ISR Tactical Controller (ITC) training as provided by the customer. Work both independently and as a team lead on analytical tasks in high-pressure environments. Required Qualifications: Active TS/SCI security clearance. 4+ years of direct FMV and/or IMINT analysis within the last 6 years. At least 6 years of total intelligence experience, including tactical and operational-level work in geospatial intelligence and targeting. Demonstrated ability to create advanced imagery-derived products for real-time and long-term operations. Proven expertise supporting SOF or DoD missions involving GEOINT/FMV integration. Strong communication skills—capable of briefing assessments both verbally and in written formats. Ability to type at least 35 words per minute without looking at the keyboard. Must possess solid interpersonal skills and the ability to lead tasks or contribute as part of a larger team.
