Position Description
Performs skilled mechanical and/or analytical duties in the coordination and completion of projects. Work is performed under general guidelines using established procedures and evaluated on results obtained. May supervise subordinate employees.
Major/Essential Functions
This is a fast-paced role that requires attention to detail in completing critical functions in a correctional hospital setting, such as:
- Ordering time-sensitive supplies for Surgery, Radiology, and Specialty clinics.
- Ordering and maintaining par levels for consumable supplies in an in-patient facility.
- General service duties for stocking and delivering medical & dental supplies across multiple on-site clinics.
- Monitoring and completing invoices timely in compliance with policy requirements.
- Completing assigned duties for Annual Capital Equipment and Consumable Supply inventory.
- Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Logs for sharps, instruments, and tools.
- Occasional courier duties to support Unit operations.
Required Qualifications
- High school or equivalent and four years' experience.
- Additional job related education may substitute for required experience on a year for year basis.
