The analyst will efficiently dispatch first response personnel and repair crews to provide quick and logical responses to outages and emergency situations. This is a fully onsite position requiring local candidates only.Responsibilities Analyze customer calls and computer data to identify and address power outages.Dispatch first response personnel and repair crews efficiently.Perform callouts in ARCOS for service restoration, emergencies, and planned overtime.Handle multiple tasks from start to finish, prioritizing and managing changing priorities.Provide strong customer service support to internal and external clients.Collaborate effectively within multi-disciplinary teams.Qualifications Minimum High School Diploma or GED.Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under pressure.Strong analytical skills to process large subsets of data and create action plans.Prior experience in dispatch roles (e.g., 911 operations centers, utilities operations centers).Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to lead, collaborate, and work effectively in team settings.Preferred experience in utilities operations centers or 911 operations centers.Pay Range $25 - $28/hr. W2Compensation for this position will be determined by several factors including scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
