Schedule: Full-Time, 8 AM - 5 PM

Salary: Negotiable

Job Description:

1-Tom-Plumber Louisville is seeking a highly organized and calm-under-pressure Dispatcher to join our team. As a Dispatcher, your primary responsibility will be to answer incoming calls and book jobs for our service technicians. The ideal candidate will have experience with Service Titan or similar dispatching software.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer phones promptly and professionally, booking jobs for service technicians.

- Classify and document all recorded calls.

- Follow up on residential estimates.

- Rearrange jobs as needed, maintaining a calm demeanor under pressure.

- Provide excellent customer service, handling a variety of customer types.

- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Experience with Service Titan or similar dispatch software is a plus.

- Experience with Quickbooks is plus.

- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to stay calm and effective in a fast-paced environment.

- Punctuality and reliability are essential.
