Job Description:

10-14 years total experience, including 5+ years on Oracle Fusion Cloud and 2+ full-cycle EBS → Fusion migrations.

Deep functional expertise in AP, Purchasing, Projects, andFixed Assets with proven data conversion and interfaces track record.

Demonstrated leadership of pod-sized teams (6–12) delivering in hybrid/onshore–offshore models.

Hands-on experience with:

• FBDI/ADFDI, UCM/SFTP bulk loads, data validation & reconciliation
• Middleware, BI Publisher extracts, REST integration patterns
• General Ledger Accounting, SLA accounting rules, Subledger–GL reconciliation
• Strong test leadership (UT/SIT/UAT), cutover orchestration, and hyper care KPI management.

Excellent stakeholder communication, scope management, and executive reporting.

Roles & Responsibilities

1) Program Delivery & Leadership

• Take full ownership post-design handover: review BI deliverables (Functional Specification Document, mapping workbooks), identify gaps/assumptions, and drive timely clarifications.
• Plan and manage the functional workstream across AP/PO/PPM/FA: scope, estimates, resource plan, sprints, dependencies, and milestones.
• Collaborate and work with the technical Lead and the developers to execute build, conversions, interfaces, testing, cutover, and hyper care.
• Maintain RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), ensure proactive mitigation and executive-ready reporting.
• Enforce scope control, change management, and traceability to the signed-off design.

2) Functional Ownership (Oracle Fusion Cloud)

• Single point of contact for Functional knowledge with respect to AP, PO, Projects, Fixed Assets.
• Taking handover of functional designs for inbound and outbound interfaces across all four modules, from the BI Partner.
• Translate BI's interface design to the Developers and stakeholders.

3) Data Conversion (EBS → Fusion) – Hands-on leadership

• Own functional know-how, templates, cycles, reconciliation, and signoff for:
• Suppliers (header, sites, site assignments, contacts, banks, attachments)
• Items (Items, Item categories and Assignments)
• Open AP Invoices (Headers, Lines, Distributions, Attachments & 1099 Invoices)
• Banks (Banks, Bank Branches, Internal Bank Accounts)
• Purchasing (open PO Headers, Lines, Distributions)
• Open PO receipts (PO receipt Headers and Lines)
• Fixed Assets (assets, categories, books, depreciation, reserve, YTD, CIP)
• Projects (project & task setups, Team, Classifications, budgets/baselines, cost transactions where in-scope, commitments)
• Drive FBDI/ADFDI load approach, crosswalk mappings and data cleansing.
• Build robust reconciliation controls: subledger vs. GL, counts/amounts, trial recon, exception reporting, and signoff packs.
• Orchestrate mock loads, cutover trial(s), performance of bulk loads, and rollback plans.

4) Integrations & Interfaces (Inbound/Outbound)

• Translate BI's interface design into executable build plans and testable objects.
• Clarify requirements with Business and BI partners to drive continuous build.
• Oversee build using Google Cloud Platform/BIP extracts/REST APIs/FBDI over UCM, with strong idempotency, sequencing, retry & error hospital patterns.
• Create Integration Playbook and Cutover Plan

5) Testing, Cutover, and Hypercare

• Generate Unit Testing Scripts with 100% coverage to functional design and requirements.
• Ensure on-time completion of Functional testing, UAT.
• Participate in defect triage; maintain RTM (requirements traceability matrix).

6) Governance, Compliance, and Documentation

• Own the Updates to JIRA tasks
• Ensure documentation for test evidence, conversion signoffs, SoX/controls artifacts.
• Partner with BI, client business & IT, and SI technical leads; manage status, escalations.
• Adhere to P2T refresh processes, data masking, environment and code migration governance (DEV → TEST → PREPROD → PROD).
