Information Operations/ SME, TS/SCI

Blue Sky Innovators is seeking an experienced Information Operations SME with a strong background in military planning, operations and intelligence integration. The ideal candidate will have over 20 years of expertise in planning and implementing military campaigns and operations. As a Blue Sky Innovator, you will work collaboratively to devise and implement unique solutions to complex challenges related to space operations and information warfare. This role offers a select opportunity to contribute to the nation's defense and drive positive change in a rapidly evolving domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Intelligence: Understand and integrate strategic, national, foundational, and current intelligence into military planning and operations.
- Campaign Planning: Lead the planning and execution of information operations campaigns, tailoring strategies to target audiences at the regional, national, and international levels.
- Strategic Communications: Demonstrate superior written and oral communications skills, confidently presenting before senior military and civilian leadership across the Department of War.
- Adaptability: Thrive in a changing work environment, demonstrating creativity and rapid adaptation to evolving roles and expectations.
- Initiative: Analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions, applying critical thinking and adaptability to rapidly changing circumstances.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Over 20 years of experience in military planning, mastery of service and/or joint planning doctrine, understanding of and experience with planning in accordance with the intelligence record.
- Security Clearance: Must have a Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Master's degree in relevant field desired.
Experience desired: The ideal candidate will have a track record of successful roles in military planning, project management, strategic communication, with experience in a variety of international environments.
- Specialized Military Training:
- JPME II
- Service advanced military schooling such as SAMS, JAWS, SAASS, & MAWS
- Joint Planners Course and/or at least 5 years' experience on a 2-star Joint Command or Higher - Desired
