In this role, you will design, develop, implement, and support intelligent automation solutions that improve operational efficiency, enhance reporting capabilities, and drive business outcomes across the organization. You will partner with business and technology stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, modernize processes, and deliver scalable solutions leveraging Microsoft Power Platform and UiPath technologies.Responsibilities Design, develop, test, deploy, and support intelligent automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and UiPath technologiesPartner with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and identify automation opportunitiesDevelop and maintain solutions leveraging Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, AI Builder, UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, and related technologiesSupport automation and modernization initiatives by transforming manual and repetitive processes into efficient, scalable, and sustainable solutionsParticipate in all phases of the solution lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment, support, and continuous improvementEnsure automation solutions align with enterprise standards for security, reliability, maintainability, performance, and scalabilityCollaborate with technical teams to integrate automation platforms with APIs, databases, cloud services, enterprise applications, and third‑party systemsTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to workflows, integrations, automation orchestration, and platform performanceSupport project delivery activities including timeline management, issue resolution, stakeholder communication, and deliverable executionDevelop dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions that improve operational visibility and support business decision‑makingCommunicate technical concepts, recommendations, and project updates effectively to both technical and non‑technical audiencesProvide knowledge sharing, technical guidance, and collaborative support to automation team members and business partnersSupport automation governance, documentation standards, Center of Excellence (CoE) practices, and operational excellence initiativesResearch and evaluate emerging automation, artificial intelligence, and low‑code technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvementQualifications Relevant degree preferred3 or more years of experience developing and supporting automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, UiPath, or related intelligent automation technologies requiredExperience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, AI Builder, UiPath Studio, and UiPath Orchestrator requiredExperience analyzing business processes and identifying automation opportunities that improve efficiency and business outcomes requiredExperience developing integrations with APIs, databases, cloud platforms, enterprise applications, and third‑party systems requiredStrong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills with the ability to resolve workflow, integration, and automation platform issues requiredExperience developing dashboards, reporting, and analytics solutions to support operational visibility and decision‑making requiredKnowledge of automation governance, documentation standards, security principles, and Center of Excellence (CoE) practices preferredStrong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders requiredAbility to manage multiple priorities and contribute to multiple projects simultaneously requiredExperience supporting automation initiatives through all phases of the solution lifecycle requiredKnowledge of emerging AI, automation, and low‑code technologies preferredExperience working in Agile delivery environments preferredYou must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.Estimated Hiring Range: $102,400.00 to $179,000.00.
