Navy Readiness Support Specialist, Norfolk, VA
A DOD SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED TO FILL THIS POSITION
Skills & Abilities:
- Must be able to provide general program support for all facilities to which U.S. Fleet Forces Command Strategy and Engagement Division support and cooperate with military and civilian members of the staff.
- Familiar with Navy Readiness priorities and policies.
- Ability to provide technical expertise, advanced data analytics, quantitative and qualitative research, executive communication products, and process improvement support to the Fleet Strategy and Engagement Division.
- Experience with analysis tools and web based applications that track manning such as Tableau, COGNOS, or MyNavyAssignment (MNA)
- Ability to communicating in various formats to include the use of software programs such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Publisher.
- A Masters degree is required if contractor has at less than 3 years' experience with Navy Readiness priorities and policies
OR
- A Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years' experience with Navy Readiness priorities and policies.
Experience:
- Must have a minimum of four (4) years direct experience with Navy Readiness
Education:
- Bachelors Diploma (minimum)
- Masters degree (preferred)
