Candidates must be willing to travel to client locations about 30–40 weeks per year throughoutNorthAmerica and must hold a required Top SecretSCI clearance with polygraph while residing in a state where RedHat is registered to do business.Responsibilities Guide customers in building scalable, optimally managed solutions and adapt to technological improvements using RedHat technologies.Deliver solutions that solve business challenges through hands‑on technical implementation and enablement of recommended practices.Act as a promoter of adopting RedHat solutions for customers through technical expertise and interpersonal skills.Required Experience Active Top SecretSCI clearance with polygraph.Experience delivering implementations based on an architectural design.Demonstrated ability to lead a technical project, including collaborating on project timelines and maintaining project and technical documentation.Ability to identify stakeholder needs and set expectations regarding project timelines and scope of work.Experience working collaboratively across diverse teams and stakeholders.Demonstrated track record of working in a strategic advisory role to senior IT and business executives, including extensive experience presenting to C‑level executives at large firms.Technical Skills Associate or bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or a technical discipline.Technical certifications such as Security+ and Network+.Experience delivering successful modern cloud platform consulting engagements.Experience with Linux system administration, preferably RedHat EnterpriseLinux (RHEL) or a derivative.Prior experience with source‑code management tools such as GitLab.Experience with or working knowledge of Ansible.Experience with enterprise cloud solutions such as Platform‑as‑a‑Service.Experience with container technologies such as Docker, Podman, and Kubernetes.Basic knowledge of networking principles such as TCP, DNS, DHCP, and IP addresses.Broad and deep technical experience with virtualization and cloud technologies such as OpenStack, RedHat Virtualization, VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper‑V, AmazonWebServices (AWS), or MicrosoftAzure.Onboarding and Career Growth After joining RedHat, you will undergo an intensive customized training program on RedHat technologies and services solutions. The first year focuses on acquiring production‑ready technical solution skills, deepening consulting expertise, and building a professional network through community events and internal communities.Compensation The salary range for this position is $130,420–$215,300. Actual offers will be based on qualifications, location and experience.
