What You'll Do:
- Patrol and monitor assigned areas to keep people and property safe
- Control access points and check surveillance equipment
- Enforce rules and respond calmly in emergencies
- Write clear reports and document incidents
- Provide professional, customer-first service to clients and visitors
- Maybe required to work in uniform or plain clothes
- 18+ years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
- Strong communication skills (English required; bilingual a plus)
- Flexible schedule-including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Able to pass basic fitness test - stand for long periods, climb stairs, walk multiple miles per shift.
- Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
- Team player with a customer service mindset
- Capable of lifting up to 10 lbs. if needed
- Law enforcement, military, or long-term security experience a plus
- Licensed for Advanced Idaho Conceal Carry or other state equivalent
- Able to pass CBI Security's armed security officer qualification
- Able to respond to short notice requests for shift coverage
