We're seeking a Dispatcher I in Las Vegas, NV to support and grow commercial mechanical operations across the region.

Impact

Keep service technicians productive and customers informed.

Reduce response time on emergency calls.

Support technicians with clear, accurate work orders.

Partner with service managers on daily planning.

Responsibilities

Schedule and dispatch service technicians.

Take customer calls and document service requests.

Coordinate parts, equipment, and travel.

Update customers on technician ETAs and status.

Maintain accurate records in the service system.

Support invoicing and timekeeping handoff.

Escalate issues to the service manager.

Cover after-hours on-call rotation as needed.

Requirements

Must-Haves

2+ years of dispatch, scheduling, or service coordination experience.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Comfortable with service management software.

High attention to detail.

Nice-to-Haves

HVAC, mechanical, or trades industry exposure.

Bilingual English/Spanish.

Experience with ServiceMax, BuildOps, or comparable platforms.

Compensation & Logistics
