Core One is a team-oriented, dynamic, and growing company that values exceptional performance!Security ClearanceActive TS/SCI clearance required.ResponsibilitiesSupports the Department of the Army G2.Executes and on occasion leads research, analysis, and evaluation efforts as well as studies, analyses, assessments and technical reports, which may include the use of existing documents, databases, models, architectures and simulations. Deliverables produced shall be in a variety of formats in response to a wide range of requirements and delivery schedules.Provides mid to high-level analytical assessments and advice on complex issues, which require extensive knowledge of the subject matter.May attend various types of symposia and meetings at the ARSTAF and DOD level.RequirementsWorking knowledge of analytic tools for tracking and measuring Intelligence Readiness; Readiness Reporting Systems; Intelligence Systems and equipment; PPBE process; TAA process; Foundry Program; and MI Fit Structure.Working knowledge and experience on Army Intelligence Data Platform (AIDP) and/or Vantage to create readiness and training dashboard.Expert knowledge of intelligence organizations and roles, Army Readiness and associated processes (Unit Status Report /AR 220-1, ReARMM, Sustainable Readiness, Strategic Readiness Update, Army Strategic Readiness Assessment, Joint Capability Area Assessment).Knowledge of T2COM and Joint organizations roles, missions and functions.Capable of conducting research and drafting executive summaries.Bachelor's degree; advanced intelligence discipline training; or other equivalent DoD or service intelligence experience.Minimum 14 years of experience as an Army Intelligence analyst from tactical to strategic levels.Served as a staff action officer at HQDA (DCS, G-2 preferred) or Joint (J-2 preferred) or OSD (OUSD(I) preferred) or a closely related DoD organization/agency.Combat deployment experience as an Intelligence Officer; interagency and multinational experience.Desired: Graduate from the Command and General Staff College or similar Senior Staff College.Core One is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
