Job DescriptionHII Mission Technologies has selected you for the role of All Source Intelligence Analyst to support Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) and Health and Human Services (HHS) Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM). This position requires a focus on cyber‑SCRM and collaboration with CMS leadership and other government agencies.ResponsibilitiesInitiate, integrate, manage, assess, and provide focused analysis in support of CMS SCRM efforts.Leverage SCRM tools to conduct SCRM analysis.Produce comprehensive analytic assessments, operational opportunities, and recommendations for the integration of counterintelligence (CI) activities in alignment with CMS mission and objectives.Engage in external collaborations and engagements to enhance intelligence production and gather valuable insights.Collaborate closely with CMS leadership, program personnel, and other government agencies to ensure effective coordination and information sharing.Provide subject matter expertise to prioritize topics of interest and conduct research to support the development of reports, databases, and other activities as per the needs of the Government customer.Maintain a strong understanding of supplier quality management processes.Analyze Cyber‑SCRM‑related data and convey the threat level to senior leadership along with a recommendation on how to best mitigate risk.Develop the supplier cyber evaluation portion of the supply chain risk assessment reports.Review and evaluate software supplier SBOMs for supply chain risks, and provide cyber‑focused risk mitigation recommendations within Supply Chain Risk Assessments.Minimum Qualifications9 years relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in a related field; 7 years with a Master's degree; 4 years with a PhD or Juris Doctor; or high school diploma with 13 years experience.Knowledge of various SCRM data sets and tools.Ability to perform extensive multi‑INT analysis, produce technical intelligence reports in support of SCRM programs, and provide expertise in assessment development.Demonstrated ability to write clearly and concisely for senior leader communication.Skill in recognizing nuances, resolving contradictions, and delivering accurate analysis.Proficiency in reviewing analytic products for cogent arguments, adherence to tradecraft standards, and support for conclusions.Proven ability to define comprehensive and innovative research approaches that enable rigorous assessments.Understanding of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and relevant CMS policies/standards such as NIST 800‑161, NIST 800‑30, and NIST 800‑37.Active TS/SCI clearance required.Physical RequirementsRequires working in an office environment.Salary and BenefitsThe listed salary range for this role ranges from $107,321.00 to $150,000.00.
