As a Dispatcher, you'll be the heartbeat of our operationsupporting drivers, ensuring our riders get where they need to go safely and on time, and helping deliver the exceptional service our community relies on every day.

What You'll Do

• Support drivers and routes throughout the day with care and professionalism

• Communicate clearly via phone, radio, and dispatch technology

• Monitor schedules to keep service running safely, reliably, and on time

• Problem-solve in real time to support riders and team members

• Collaborate with a supportive team that values kindness, accountability, and teamwork
