We are seeking multiple candidates for Security Technicians to join our team of collaborative individuals with the utmost integrity and dedication.Job DescriptionThe Lead Security Technician is responsible for daily project installation as directed by the Foreman or Project Manager. The Lead Security Technician will ensure the job is completed to Premise One quality standards and customer satisfaction and must be proficient in Card Access, CCTV and Intrusion Detection installations.Responsibilities and DutiesThe ability to take direction from a Lead Technician along with providing professional communication to both field staff and customersFull understanding of company guidelines to hold and maintain safety requirementsAbility to perform work consistently demonstrating a detailed level of technical knowledge; troubleshooting and other technical issues that may ariseRepresent Premise One professionally as the main on-site contact, and attend site meetings as requiredTraining and Certifications will be required and provided by Premise One for ongoing continued educationIt is desired to demonstrate proficiency in performing the following tasks:Ability to plan and receive direction from a project lead to complete Card Access, CCTV and Intrusion Detection installations per manufacturer specifications and project drawingsMust be self-motivated, positive, and professionalMust be able to work at heights, off a ladder or scissors lift, in confined spaces and be able to lift up to 50 poundsMust be able to travel at least 60% of the time within the work location and/or regional territoryPrevious experience and/or certifications in Lenel, Software House, Axis or Avigilon is desiredOwn basic telecom tools including punch downs, snips, wire strippers, cordless drill, etcRequirementsMust be willing to work overtimeMust be willing to work weekendsMust be willing to work out of town at least 50% of the timeAbility to handle physical workloadQualifications2+ years of relevant experience in AV, Security, Access Control or Infrastructure CablingVerifiable experience in leading a project team and reporting back to a Foreman/Project ManagerMust have basic hand tools to successfully perform a projectStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsFamiliarity with industry tools and equipment#J-18808-Ljbffr
