OverviewThe Special Operations Support Policy Staff Officer III will provide critical support to the HUMINT & Sensitive Activities Directorate within the Office of the Under Secretary of War for Intelligence and Security (OUSW(I&S)). This role involves supporting the oversight, management, and development of policies related to sensitive activities and special operations.ResponsibilitiesSupport the oversight, management, and coordination of complex sensitive programs and activities.Assist in planning, directing, and coordinating the development of policies related to sensitive activities and support for issues requiring short notice information and decision support for DoW senior leaders.Gather, synthesize, and prepare background information and read-ahead materials for issues and engagements regarding intelligence and intelligence-related policy, program, and activity support to special operations, including counterterrorism and irregular warfare.Support the development, review, and revision of strategy and policy direction for the coordination, assessment, reporting, and conduct of sensitive activities.Assist in implementing solutions that aid in decision-making processes related to special operations.This position is designed to be flexible, with responsibilities evolving to meet business needs and enable individual growth.QualificationsMust be a US Citizen with an active TS/SCI Clearance.Bachelor's Degree is required.Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Special Operations Forces and/or clandestine operations.Minimum of 5 years of experience with developing policy and providing recommendations.Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a high-stakes environment and manage multiple priorities.Benefits401(k) with 100% company match on the first 6% deferred, with immediate vesting.Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage—employee portion paid 100% by Core4ce.Unlimited access to training and certifications, with no pre-set cap on eligible professional development.Tuition assistance for job-related degrees and courses.Paid parental leave, PTO that grows with tenure, and generous holiday schedules.Got a big idea?
