Check for proper placement, accessibility, and signage.Verify inspection tags are up to date and properly documented.Report missing, damaged, or discharged extinguishers.Help maintain inspection logs and digital records.Assist with identifying fire hazards.Qualifications Frequent walking, climbing stairs, and accessing various campus facilities.Occasional lifting, bending, and carrying of equipment.Training Provided Fire extinguisher inspection procedures.Basic fire safety and hazard recognition.Campus safety protocols and compliance standards.Location & Compensation Location: Schenectady, NY (ISEC 183B).Hours/Shifts available: 8 hours/week.Rate of Pay: $9.70/hr.Number of Positions available: 2.E-Verify Participation Union College participates in E-Verify and will provide the federal government with your Form I-9 information to confirm that you are authorized to work in the United States.
