    Job FamilyProduction, Industrial, Material Engineering (MAE)Travel RequiredUp to 10%Clearance RequiredActive Top Secret SCI with PolygraphWhat You Will DoThe objectives of the Technical SETA are to assist with the coordination, monitoring, communication, and integration of all technical aspects of the Program lifecycle that includes:Attend meetings, workshops, conferences and testing events as a Subject Matter ExpertAssist with the development of presentations such as Program Management ReviewsServe as a Liaison between Performers, Test & Evaluation contributors, Government and Transition partnersReview, provide analysis, and make recommendations concerning technical reports, data and Performer approachesSelect, establish, curate, and maintain collaborative communication, issue tracking, and configuration environments for use by the programProvide reach-back support for program related requirements for systems integration, design, development, modeling and simulation, data analytics and architecture designExamine data sources and literary sources for emerging technology related to the ProgramProvide technical support and expertise on new concepts beyond the Program but integral to the Program's successWhat You Will NeedAn ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a polygraphBachelor's degree in computer science, applied physics, materials science or relevant engineering fields (i.e., electrical, computer, systems, software)FOUR (4) or more years of experience or equivalent education involving device physics, circuit design, circuit simulation, and/or computer visionTWO (2) or more years of experience or equivalent education with characterization tools (SEM, TEM, AFM, probe stations) and use of test and measurement equipment (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers)TWO (2) or more years of experience managing a multi-disciplinary research and development (R&D) or Test and Evaluation (T&E) team, including creating program plans, work breakdown structures, and milestone schedulesWhat Would Be Nice To HaveMasters' degree or PhD in computer science, applied physics, materials science or relevant engineering fields (i.e., electrical, computer, systems, software)FOUR (4) or more years of experience with LabVIEW, Python, C/C++, or Verilog/VHDLTWO (2) or more years of experience with deep learning, natural language processing, reinforcement learning, and/or generative modelsTWO (2) or more years of experience in the Intelligence Community (IC), including experience with requirements, CONOPS, and transitionAwareness of supply chain security and trusted microelectronicsFOUR (4) or more years of experience managing a multi-disciplinary research and development (R&D) or Test and Evaluation (T&E) teamONE (1) or more year of experience as a Project Manager or Deputy Project ManagerThe annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00.
