OverviewInnova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Supervisory Controls Analyst.Job title: Supervisory Controls AnalystPosition type: Full-time/ContractDuration: 12 MonthsLocation: New York, NY / Charlotte, NCResponsibilitiesAudit and test the execution of Written Supervisory Procedures (WSPs) to ensure compliance with defined standards.Validate the effectiveness of supervisory controls and escalation processes triggered by WSPs.Use internal tools to build a mini-audit system for tracking control activities and escalation flows.Analyze supervisory processes to identify gaps and recommend improvements for consistency.Define technical requirements to improve documentation and evidence of supervisory actions.Collaborate with business teams to execute control activities and escalate exceptions as needed.Generate reports and materials to communicate control outcomes and key metrics to stakeholders.The ideal candidate will haveExperience working with Written Supervisory Procedures (WSPs), including testing and validation of their execution.Familiarity with auditing control processes and identifying gaps in operational effectiveness.Knowledge of risk and control evaluation frameworks within financial or trading environments.Hands-on experience with quality assurance (QA) testing of supervisory or compliance processes.Understanding of trade regulations and their impact on supervisory controls.Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.Exposure to middle office operations or trading products is preferred but not required.APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
