You'll coordinate subcontractors, ensure the project stays on schedule, and facilitate effective communication with government representatives. Your role isn't just about knowing the plans and specs; it's about steering the team towards success every day. You'll conduct daily kickoff meetings, lay out the day's objectives, and monitor progress to ensure everything is moving smoothly. You're the one who ensures that the vision on paper becomes a reality on the ground, making this role as crucial as it is rewarding.QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESSWe're looking for a Federal Construction Site Superintendent who can meet the following:5+ years of construction site management experienceExperience working on federal construction projects on military basesThis position requires travel. Candidates with flexibility and willingness to travel may be given preference during the hiring process.Having 7+ years of relative experience is desired but not required! This is a full-time position with working hours from 7 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday.
