Job Title
Instructor, Instructional Systems Design, and Subject Matter Expert support to an organization committed to ensuring the quality and integrity of Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) training in the fields of Intelligence Analysis, Signals Analysis, Collection Management, Cryptanalysis, Mathematics, and/or Oversight and Compliance.
Location: Elkridge, MD
Security Clearance: Top Secret/SCI CI Polygraph
Experience: Early Career (2+ yrs experience)
Salary: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 annually
Responsibilities
The three primary responsibilities may include:
- Platform Instruction
- Course Design, Development, and Maintenance
- Subject Matter Expertise (SME)/Tutoring
Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum Top Secret Security Clearance with at least a Counter-Intelligence (CI) polygraph is required
- Three (3) years or thirty-six (36) months of relevant SIGINT experience in one or more of the following technical skill/areas of expertise is required: ANSK - Analytic Skills CRSK - Cryptologic Skills DATA - Data Science GISA - Geographic Information and Spatial Analysis NETA - Network Exploitation Target Analysis RPTG - SIGINT Reporting
Highly-Desired Skills and/or Experience:
- Previous Adjunct Faculty certification
- Military service component Master Instructor certification
- Advanced education and/or certifications in training-related fields
- Experience ensuring digital content and systems meet Section 508 accessibility standards for individuals with disabilities, including familiarity with ICT Fundamental Accessibility Requirements.
