Testing Specialist
Location: Cannon Air Force Base, New Mexico
Schedule: Tuesday through Friday, totaling seven sessions per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule examinations using the Air Force Automated Education Management System (AFAEMS).
- Administer and proctor a variety of exams including language tests, Air Force qualification tests, and commercial testing programs.
- Verify examinee identification and eligibility prior to testing.
- Provide standardized testing instructions and monitor testing sessions to ensure compliance and security.
- Maintain test logs, examination records, and inventory of testing materials.
- Prepare answer sheets, reports, and testing documentation for submission to testing agencies.
- Perform administrative tasks associated with test administration and maintain an organized testing environment.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting for computer-based testing systems.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum two years of customer service experience.
- Minimum one year of testing administration or related experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database systems.
