Armed Security Officer (Flex)

Job description

We are seeking Armed Flex Security Officers to support a client site in Monroe, NC. The Armed Flex Officer will provide coverage for open shifts and call outs while maintaining a high level of professionalism and safety.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control access to premises
- Verify identification and ensure only authorized personnel enter
- Maintain daily activity and incident reports
- Conduct patrols and maintain a visible security presence
- Respond appropriately to emergencies
- Communicate professionally with client staff and personnel
- Adhere to client rules, regulations, and policies

Qualifications:
- Current NC PPSB Armed Guard License
- At least 21 years of age
- Valid NC Driver's License
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background screening and drug test
- Prior military or law enforcement experience are strongly preferred
