Location: Fort Sill, OKClearance: Active Secret Clearance RequiredPosition OverviewSummit Technologies is seeking an experienced Fire Support Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the Army Offensive-Fires Transformation and Lessons Learned Manager (OF-TLLM). The selected candidate will provide Infantry Brigade Combat Team (IBCT) operational expertise supporting the development, testing, fielding, and sustainment of current and future fire support systems, sensors, targeting devices, and vehicles.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide subject matter expertise for current and future IBCT fire support vehicles, sensors, and targeting systems.Support capability development, acquisition, testing, fielding, and lifecycle management efforts.Capture and document lessons learned, capability gaps, and operational requirements.Develop and update tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).Participate in Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings, design reviews, and test events.Develop briefings, reports, and recommendations for Army leadership.Coordinate with Program Managers, Futures and Concepts Center, Army Staff, and other stakeholders.Support development of capability documents, force structure updates, and operational requirements.Track system performance, modernization efforts, and fielding activities.Produce weekly activity reports, monthly status reports, and trip reports as required.Required QualificationsActive Secret security clearance.Minimum 12 years of cumulative operational experience in Field Artillery Fire Support.Extensive knowledge of current Army fire support equipment and systems.Experience briefing senior leaders and facilitating working groups.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Minimum 2 years of Microsoft Office experience.Experience supporting Army doctrine, capability development, acquisition, testing, or modernization programs preferred.Note: Position is contingent on contract award.Summit Technologies, Inc. is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
