Dispatcher OpportunityBerkeys Plumbing, AC, and Electrical has an opportunity for a Dispatcher! The Dispatching role is responsible for dispatching technicians; plumbing, HVAC, and electrical in a way that maximizes efficiency and ensures customer satisfaction. The role requires accuracy, energy, enthusiasm, integrity and the ability and commitment to be on time. Support system to call center.Assign calls into the future.Scrub calls for accuracy and to set technician up for success.Keeping up with chats, having them closed out and not sitting for longer than 10 minutes.Other duties as determined by management.QualificationsMinimum High School Graduate/GED Equivalent.5+ years in Customer Call Center preferred.3+ years in a Dispatch Center preferred.Service Titan experience preferred.
