Description The Fox Crossing Fire Department is creating an eligibility list for the position of Part-Time Firefighter. Those hired will assist in providing coverage between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and around the clock on the weekends from Friday evening through Monday morning (12-hour shifts). Applicants filling these positions will need to work a minimum of four (4) shifts per month. FCFD Recruitment Video - YouTube Examples of Duties The position requires skills and abilities in Fire and EMS emergency response, fire inspections, apparatus driving and operation (if certified), public education, and customer service. • 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• State of Wisconsin Firefighter I certification
• State of Wisconsin Driver Operator - Pumper certification (desired)
• Current State of Wisconsin EMS First Responder Certification or higher
• Completion of NIMS 100,200, and 700
