Dispatcher – Operations
This role supports daily operations by coordinating drivers, routes, and service schedules. As a Dispatcher, you will play a key role in keeping routes on track, drivers informed, and customers serviced efficiently.

What You'll Do
- Dispatch and coordinate drivers throughout the day
- Manage route schedules and assignments
- Track route completion and driver status
- Communicate service changes and issues
- Support operations in a fast-paced environment
What We're Looking For
- Experience in dispatch, logistics, or service operations
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work under time-sensitive conditions
- Comfortable using multiple systems and tools
- Bilingual English / Spanish preferred
Pay & Schedule
• Hourly pay • Schedule based on operational needs • Overtime may be required
