Surveillance Agent
Bally's Corporation is a global casino-entertainment company with a growing omni-channel presence. The Role
A Surveillance Agent protects casino assets via CCTV, in accordance with IRGC regulations and internal controls. In addition to providing outstanding guest service to internal and external guests.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and welcoming attitude toward all external and internal guests at all times.
- Observe all guest and team member activities in all monitored areas, including, but not limited to, casino floor, cage, count room, restaurants, and back of house common areas.
- Monitor activity for criminal activity, violation of Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission regulations, and/or violation of company policies and procedures.
- Appropriately record activities and report observations to company and Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission officials.
- Maintain strict confidentiality relative to financial information, company policies and procedures, and team member and guest information.
- Track and complete all government reporting.
- Have knowledge of guest alcohol limitations and company policy and procedure regarding limitations.
- Keep work area in a clean and orderly manner.
- Adhere to regulatory, departmental, and Company policies in an ethical manner and empower and require others to do the same.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule as required by business operations, including late nights, weekends, and holidays; shifts may change.
- Perform other duties as assigned or reasonably requested by any member of management.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- One to two years of surveillance experience preferred.
- Must possess excellent teamwork, interpersonal, guest service, written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have a professional demeanor and presence with the ability to interact with guests and team members in the Company.
- Gaming industry experience is preferred.
