Systems Engineer, Test
Description: The Test Engineer is responsible for the executing Enterprise Integration Tests (EIT) and conducting Independent Validation and Verification (IV&V) during Transition to Operations (TTO). The Test Engineer works in a team setting under the guidance of the Test Director and in conjunction with the Development, Design, and Test Team Manager. Responsibilities Include:

Supervises the progress and status of the development deliveries from planning to IOC

Reviews developer stories/features to create enterprise test procedures

Executes test procedures in a constrained timeline

Coordinates with leads, government and developers when discrepancies are identified during testing

Supports the weekly status meetings to inform the team of the current development/test status

Performs testing procedures in a time-constrained environment during transition activities

Performs routine tests on the operational system to ensure proper functionality
Required

Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or in related technical or scientific fields

6+ years' experience with government or industry in relevant work areas including: DoD/IC Acquisition Process, Requirements Process, PPBES Process or systems engineering of a large complex System of Systems or Service Oriented Architecture/Cloud environment.

4+ years of experience with the systems engineering lifecycle

3+ years of experience in test and defect tracking tools.

3+ years of experience increment/service/system/project engineering of intel production workflow services and collection services.
