The ideal candidate will have: - Education: A Bachelor's or Master's Degree - Experience: A minimum of 11 years of experience in MS Exchange engineering Key Technical Skills: - Active Directory: Architecture, design, disaster recovery, and troubleshooting - Exchange Administration: Experience transitioning from on-premises Exchange Servers to Exchange Online with Microsoft 365 (M365), as well as administration in a hybrid environment with M365 and on-premises infrastructure - Database Availability Groups (DAGs): Proven experience implementing and troubleshooting DAGs - Performance Troubleshooting: Practical experience troubleshooting MS Exchange server and Windows server performance issues - Independent Work: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Technical Issue Management: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to set customer expectations, devise and implement action plans, and communicate professionally with all parties Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills: - Security Development Operations (SecDevOps): Familiarity with iterative development projects and SecDevOps principles - Communication Technologies: Experience with various communication technologies and solution architectures - ServiceNow: Proficiency with the ServiceNow ticketing system - Authentication and Authorization (A&A) and Service Support Processes (SSP): Experience with A&A and SSP processes, including documentation - Technical Support: Experience in Tier 3 and 4 support - Agile Development: Experience with Agile development methodologies - Programming Languages: Familiarity with modern software languages, such as Java, C++, C#, Python, Perl, etc. - Automation: Ability to automate tasks using PowerShell scripts - Microsoft Administration or Engineering Certifications, including Azure certifications
