Title Bomber Operational Lead Location Dyess AFB, TX Description Role Overview The work to be performed under this contract will be performed at Ellsworth AFB, SD, Dyess AFB, TX, and Whiteman AFB, MO. The Bomber Operational Lead supports the integration of B-21 Raider operations between the host base and HQ AFGSC. This role focuses on coordinating operational, training, and compliance activities across multiple units and ensuring alignment with higher headquarters requirements. The position works closely with operational, training, and support elements to ensure effective execution of conventional and nuclear mission requirements. What You'll Do * Support integration of B-21 operations across host base and HQ AFGSC * Coordinate activities across Formal Training Units, Operations Squadrons, OSS, and simulator programs * Ensure compliance with Technical Orders and Department of the Air Force Instructions * Advise on conventional and nuclear operations, training, and timelines * Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support operational integrationRequired Experience * 5+ years of USAF bomber aircrew experience (B-1B, B-2A, or B-52H) * Graduate of a USAF Flight Instructor Course or equivalent * Experience supporting operational planning, training, or mission execution within a bomber platform * Experience working within squadron, group, or wing-level operations * Familiarity with Air Force Technical Orders and operational compliance requirements * Experience coordinating across multiple units or organizations in support of mission objectivesPreferred Experience * Nuclear bomber experience (EWO certified) * USAF safety or nuclear surety experience * Aircraft maintenance experience * PRP/PRAP Manager experience * Component Command or higher-level experience About the Organization About Markesman Group Markesman Group has gathered the nation's foremost experts in Cyber, ISR, Enterprise IT and Intelligence Analysis.
