A physician-driven community hospital in South Texas is seeking a stellar Urologist to help grow a high-volume service line in a culturally vibrant Texas community with no competition.
Opportunity:
* 93 bed, Not-For-Profit, level IV trauma center
* 25 referring physicians waiting for your arrival with no competition
* 2 blocked OR days of surgery and 2.5 days in clinic
* Healthy combination of general bread-and-butter urology cases and additional clinical interests welcomed!
Compensation:
* 3-year salary guarantee, call pay, and quality incentive bonus
* wRVU Production Bonus + 10% Quality Bonus
* Comprehensive benefits: 6 weeks PTO, $5,000 CME
* Sign-on and relocation allowance.
