Description: Join an autonomous and team-centered department of over 60 CRNAs that perform over 19,500 cases annually at an established research and teaching hospital Level I trauma center Hiring for four ten-hour shifts per week, no in-house call SECOND call schedule will be 2-3 weekends per year, 1 holiday/year, and once every 3 weeks for weekdays to allow for excellent work-life balance Opportunity to pick up shifts for additional earning potential Three subgroups of CRNAs cover OB, Pediatric, and Heart cases Perform all surgical services except for transplants and burns CRNAs are very autonomously while still collaborating with anesthesiologists Comprehensive Benefits: Generous PTO, holiday time off, sick bank access, CME time/allowance, malpractice insurance, retirement matching, and an annual bonus The compensation range for this position is $288,205 - $312,208. Education Requirements: Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing Anesthesia Licensure/Certification Requirements: Current Illinois CRNA license Community: Champaign-Urbana has been defined as a micro-urban community, meaning we have many of the amenities of a much bigger city, with the feel of a smaller town. Almost equidistant to Chicago, St. Louis and Indianapolis for fun weekends away, the area offers excellent schools, a great downtown scene, the University of Illinois, Big 10 sports and an exciting college town atmosphere, including Krannert Center for the Performing Arts. -
