Position Overview: We are seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a highly respected and collaborative pediatric anesthesia team. This is a unique opportunity to practice in a 100% pediatric environment while enjoying excellent professional support and an outstanding quality of life. Practice Highlights: 100% pediatric anesthesia practice Approximately 16,000 anesthetics performed annually Wide variety of surgical cases (all service lines except burns and transplants) Medical direction model: 2:1 Broad mix of routine and complex pediatric cases Collaborative team of anesthesiologists, CRNAs, advanced practice providers, and pediatric subspecialty surgeons Strong culture of mentorship, communication, and shared decision-making Emphasis on safety, education, and professional development Compensation & Benefits: Starting salary at $325,000 $25,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance Generous retirement contributions CME allowance Employer-paid malpractice coverage Qualifications: Active or eligibility for California CRNA license Active California RN license Current ACLS and PALS certifications Passion for pediatric, patient-centered care New graduate CRNAs welcome to apply Location " Madera, California: Nestled in the heart of California, Madera offers an ideal blend of professional opportunity and comfortable living.
