Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)Location: Detroit, MIJob Type: Locum Tenens / Full-TimeOverview:A hospital-based opportunity is available for a CRNA to provide anesthesia coverage in a high-acuity, Level I trauma setting. This role includes managing a variety of surgical cases in a collaborative, team-based environment under supervision.$250/hr Assignment Details:Start: ASAP (upon credentialing)Ongoing coverage for leave/vacation needsFull-time coverage requiredSchedule:Day shifts onlyFlexible shift lengths: 8, 10, or 12 hoursNo call or weekend requirementsPractice Details:Setting: Hospital-basedTrauma Level: IEMR: EpicCare Model: SupervisedPatient Population: Primarily adult with limited pediatricsCase Mix & Responsibilities:General surgeryNeurosurgical casesDeep sedation / MACVentilation managementOversight of physician-administered regional anesthesiaResponsibilities Include:Preoperative assessments and patient educationAdministration and monitoring of anesthesiaCollaboration with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative staffEmergency response as neededAccurate documentation in EMRParticipation in quality and patient safety initiativesRequirements:Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist RequiredActive Michigan RN License (in hand) RequiredNBCRNA Board Certification RequiredBLS, ACLS, and PALS (AHA) RequiredClean malpractice/license history RequiredMust be able to work full-time schedule RequiredNPDB Self-Query (within 30 days) RequiredNo new graduatesCredentialing:Estimated timeframe: 90120 days (temporary privileges may be available)About WhiteCoat Locums:- Physician owned and led agency- Highest-Pay rates on the market- $1m/3m malpractice insurance and tail- 100% transparency -
