    CRNA - Anesthesiology - Southern AL. A CRNA is needed to provide services for a large dynamic group of 9 physician anesthesiologists and 32 CRNAs. There are different practice venues for various practice skills. Outpatient Surgery Center requires the CRNA to work 5 days/week. Hospital based shifts start at 7AM: 5 days/week; 4 - 10hr days; or 3 -12hr days with one 8hr day every two weeks. Call is 1:6 days with a day off after call. The last option is an Open Heart position in the call rotation (see below salary info.). Benefits include BCBS Health Insurance, disability, life, dental, and malpractice insurance for self and family. 401K contribution is matched at 7% of the W-2s. Five week paid vacation with CME allowance of $1,500 per year. Sick days are accrued at up to 12 days/year. Medical and dependent health care savings account is available. Salary: Starting salary: $130K Call position: $155K + Cardiac call position: $165K + Employment is affiliated with a 65 provider multi-specialty clinic. Client is a 344 bed tertiary hospital providing a wide continuum of inpatient services with a fully developed ambulatory service line on campus. Hospital is certified in abdominal aortic aneurysm surgery, spinal surgery, AMI, and advanced primary stroke. Campus for College of Osteopathic Medicine is located at the Hospital. offering physicians paid preceptor opportunities. The metropolitan area serves a population of 350,000. Location has a diverse economy with many recreational lakes and Gulf beaches in the area all within easy driving distance of this modern, southern city.
