We are seeking a fellowship-trained Head & Neck Cancer Surgeon with microvascular reconstructive expertise to join the Western New York Head & Neck Center, serving a regional population of more than one million.

    • Limited general ENT call with PA support, allowing focus on complex cases

    • Opportunities to develop niche practice interests and subspecialty focus
    • Informal mentorship from experienced Head & Neck surgeons

    Facilities & Support:
    • Rochester General Hospital: Sands-Constellation Tower with modern ORs
    • Dedicated Head & Neck surgical ICU and step-down floors
    • 3 office-based ENT-trained PAs + 1 full-time hospital-based Head & Neck PA
    • Access to full range of ancillary services needed for advanced oncologic care

    Position Requirements:
    • MD/DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible through the American Board of Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery
    • Completion of Head & Neck Surgery Fellowship with microvascular reconstructive training
    • Eligibility for New York State medical licensure
