Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments. Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.Position Details:Must have one year of working experience as an RN. This position will start in Aug or September 2026.
7pm-7am with rotational weekends and holidays.
Incentives:
- 1-2 years’ RN experience Sign On Bonus $13,000
- 3-4 years’ RN experience Sign On Bonus $15,000
- 5+ years’ RN experience Sign On Bonus $20,000
- Education Assistance:
- Tuition Reimbursement up to $2,000 per year
- $3000 Relocation Assistance for full time only
- Weekend Differential
- Shift Differential for qualifying hours between 3pm-7am
- Weekend Option Days: WEO rates + weekend differential
- Weekend Option Nights: WEO rates + weekend differential + straight night shift differential
- New Increased Weekend Option Differential: $10.00 RN
- Day-One comprehensive medical, dental & vision insurance
- PTO/Vacation Time Frontload Up to 80 Hours for Experienced RNs for full time only
- Employer-Matched Retirement Funds
Qualifications:
One year RN experience.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
- Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.
