    The Practice
    • Join a thriving cancer center with a collegial team of Hem/Onc physicians, APPs, and radiation oncologists
    • 70/30 oncology-to-hematology mix
    • Deliver advanced, personalized care in a setting that supports innovation without the red tape
    • 4-day workweek and rare call responsibilities
    • Access to state-of-the-art technology, including an on-site infusion center, Tempus AI, CT scanner, da Vinci robot, and in-house pathology

    Compensation & Benefits:
    • $650,000 base salary + 83rd percentile productivity model = $700K+ potential
    • Lucrative sign-on bonus to support your transition
    • Full suite of benefits: health, dental, vision, malpractice coverage
    • Student loan forgiveness eligibility through PSLF
    • Robust retirement plan with 5% employer match
    • 6 weeks of PTO + CME allowance
