Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting observations and reporting concerns to site leadership; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity; Monitor access points and help to manage the flow of visitors, vendors, and staff in accordance with site policies for a healthcare environment; Assist with de-escalation, directions, and other security-related needs while maintaining professionalism and courteous communication
