Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a retail location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to management and/or public emergency services when needed.; Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, exits, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.; Monitor access points, observe customer and employee activity, and document security-related concerns, policy violations, and/or incidents according to site post orders and Allied Universal guidelines.; Support loss prevention awareness efforts by reporting suspicious behavior, assisting with crowd and line management during busy periods, and helping with orderly operations during openings, closings, and/or special events.
