Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and/or personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations according to site protocols.; Conduct regular and random patrols of platforms, stations, public areas, entrances, and perimeter locations, noting unusual activity and helping to deter unauthorized behavior.; Monitor access points and high-traffic areas, assist with crowd management during peak periods and/or service disruptions, and communicate professionally with the public.; Support local procedures by documenting incidents, escalating concerns to supervisors and/or public authorities when appropriate, and maintaining awareness of changing conditions throughout the location.
