Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a financial services location.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, lobby areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.; Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials in accordance with site policies, and report suspicious behavior, unattended property, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel.; Support daily operations by maintaining detailed activity logs, preparing incident reports, and assisting with closing procedures, restricted area checks, and after-hours building access as directed by site guidelines.
