Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a retail location.; Monitor entrances, exits, loading areas, and other access points, helping to control authorized entry and/or restricted access for employees, vendors, contractors, and visitors.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns according to site procedures.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter, observing for unusual activity, unsecured doors, and/or conditions that may require follow-up.; Support retail operations by assisting with crowd flow, directing guests, and documenting access-related activity, incidents, and/or policy violations.
