Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities when appropriate.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns according to Allied Universal guidelines.; Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the commercial property, including common areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity.; Monitor the location for unusual conditions, maintenance-related issues, and policy violations, and communicate with property management and/or emergency services when needed.; Support daily operations by assisting with access control, directing visitors and deliveries, and providing a professional presence in varying environments and conditions across the property.
