Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, guests, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with property management and/or first responders when needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential community, including common areas, building exteriors, parking areas, and perimeter locations, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations; Monitor access points and observe community activity, assisting with visitor interactions, reporting maintenance or security-related concerns, and supporting a professional atmosphere at the location
